“The LMS journey of one year has been extremely fulfilling and filled with learnings for me. The sessions were well coordinated and extremely helpful in making us think more deeply about our library work. The program provided me with opportunities to brainstorm on some very interesting problem statements, collectively come together with ideas, and implement the same in our library practices. We got to learn from each other through group and one-on-one interactions. Also, the program helped me to build a better understanding of library collection and its categorisation.
