As Bookworm’s Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Director and the organisation in a variety of ways including day to day management, bookkeeping, communications, scheduling, data entry, secretarial services and other duties as assigned to you. Bookworm is presently structured programmatically and the work will cross and overlap across programs. The role involves working independently and with the Bookworm team. The candidate is required to have at least 5 years of work experience in assisting a Director / Senior Manager and work experience relevant to the role of Administrator.
