School Book Treasury features include:

1. Book exchange on a monthly basis.

2. Interaction with the teacher about the nature/type of books that are preferred

3. Sharing with the teacher about the book box being renewed, nature, type, link with curriculum.

4. A story session with extension activity when it fits into the school time table.

The Jumble supports The Book Treasury programme that takes books to schools and works with teachers and literacy.

The Jumble Sale is on 26th Feb 2012 at the Indoor Stadium in Campal, near the Swimming pool of the Sports Authority of Goa (SAG). It opens at 9.00 am and closes at 5.00 pm and yes the best items are gone by 9.45 am, so come from Aldona as early as possible. The Bookworm Jumble Sale welcomes everybody!

Bookworm’s 2012 JUMBLE SALE

Bookworm’s 2012 JUMBLE SALE will be held on Sunday, 26th February at the Sports Authority of Goa (SAG) Grounds, Campal.

Clear up, clean out, and donate books, toys, household articles, gift articles, furniture, art, electricals and electronics, shoes, clothes, linen, anything and everything that someone might choose to buy. Please bag and separate items by category and drop off at Elaine’s house Sea Bird, Road 1, Lake View Colony, Miramar, Panaji. or call 9850323239 for directions or pick up.

The Jumble supports The Book Treasury program that takes books to schools and works with teachers and literacy. Once you are done donating, or even whilst you do that , please forward this mail , passing the word around about donations and the Jumble itself and volunteering time for sorting and sales at the Jumble. All your support over the years has kept the worm going.
